Rules and Whatnot

I hereby grant PhotoCorps permission to use my likeness or the likeness of individuals in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications. Understanding there is no payment outside of the rewards (patches) for each category.

I hereby authorize PhotoCorps to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. (Truth be told, cropping and adjusting lightness for print would be the extent of these edits.)

Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge PhotoCorps from all claims, demand.

I understand that submission into the project doesn’t guarantee my photo or video to be in the final printed edition.

I understand that PhotoCorps has the right to disqualify my photo from being in the final printed edition or online galleries if there is graphic content or any subject matter that PhotoCorps feels doesn’t reflect its values.

Pictures containing nudity, drugs, sexual acts or violence will not be accepted.  

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS.
